Our goal at Javelina Cantina is to create a warm,
welcoming environment where you and your family can
create memories with ours! Every crew member from the
back of house to the front of house, is committed to
making your dining experience as magical as Sedona's
red rocks. With over 26 years of experience in the local
hospitality industry, Proprietor, Sheena Curl, pridefully
leads this team in serving you with a positive attitude.
Since buying Javelina Cantina, Sheena has
collaborated with well-known vegan chef and
recipe developer Eileen Elizabeth to offer the community a
diverse plant-based menu that's both delicious and protein
rich. She has also worked with our dedicated Bar Manager
John Moloney to create an array of spirited Margarita
Flights and upgraded the Happy Hour menu. As she
continues to grow the business and improve the guest
experience, Sheena is always conscious of the history that
Javelina Cantina has in Sedona and is incredibly grateful
for the continued support of her local community.
