   "I wanted to try this restaurant after a great referral from our guide on the Pink Jeep Tour. I walked in and was amazed with the

views of the red rocks from each table. They also have beautiful outdoor dining as well. The food was incredible and the margaritas are

some of the best I've ever had. I ordered the chimichanga and I have to say I've never had anything like it.They also serve it with a creme

de fraiche, which is a sour cream with a southwestern kick.. I love this type of cuisine and it was so full of flavor. Everything was delicious

  "It was our first time in gorgeous Sedona, so checked out Yelp for a Mexican Food reservation. Chose Javelina Cantina. It is in a

pretty setting with a fabulous view of the red rocks. We started with a dark amber beer and it was very cold, just as I wished. OK, true

confessions, we were actually parked by another Mexican restaurant and checked out the review on Yelp and it noted "good food but

small portions." Javelina, however sounded to have "good food and good sized portions." So, I being a fan of quantity (along with quality)

choose to drive to Javelina. The food was very good. I had the vegetarian plate which included a chili relleno (which was excellent) and a

cheese enchilada and a taco with beans and guac....it was very good."   Ginny W.

“Absolutely Fabulous!”  This is one of the best Mexican meals I have ever had. Everything tasted fresh and home made. The atmosphere

“Mouth watering yum!”   I live in the valley (Phoenix Area) and have yet to find a margarita as good as the ultimate margarita that Javelina

Cantina has! Hard to believe I have to drive 90 minutes to find a great margarita but these are that good. And the steak fajitas, make that two

things I have not found as good as Javelina!   Jason W.
